Returns and Exchanges

The customer has 7 days from purchase to return unwanted products.

1. To process a Return please email to obtain your RA#.
2. Please provide customer service with the following: 

  • name on the order
  • name of the item you wish to return
  • reason for return 

3. Write your RA # on the outside of the box clearly so we can clearly identify your return for quick processing.

5. You will be refunded the original product purchase price when we recieve your order.

Exchanges are excepted pending the following qualifiers:


  • Returned packages will not be accepted without an RA#.
  • Returns, not exchanges,  will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories.
  • Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner.
  • Packages must be returned prepaid. 
  • Refunds will only be made via the method in which the order was paid. 
  • We strongly suggest sending returns insured for the full value and with a tracking number to insure a full and prompt refund.
  • If merchandise is damaged due to improper packing or packaging, refund or exchange may not be given per our discretion.
  • All shipping and insurance charges will be refunded for product shipped in our error. If the product was NOT shipped in our error, the customer pays return shipping.
